Having been assured of a refund on my cancelled order due to the company's inability to supply the goods, I'm still waiting for the credit to be made to my account. I've had messages promising action but after several days waiting still nothing happens and my money has not been returned. It's not good and these people have to be chased-up continuously.
On a ranking of 0 - 10 for customer service, I'd award about minus 7.
