I have used appliances on line a few times now, I find the service great, delivery is fast and you get nectar points.

Had a problem with a mobile contract I have bought on 3 no service in my area, after speaking to three they could not do anything and suggested I cancel the contract with the company I had bought it from. Contacted buymobile phones spoke to Kay in the returns department and she sorted out a new contract on a different network no problem. She also had no problem if I wanted to cancel the agreement all together.
The only thing I had a little problems with was they charge for calling them the first call took 19 mins to get through and I was disconnected, then the second one took just over 20 mins I know its only 5p per min but its customer services, not customer additional charges.

Great service, they even rang me to let me know they could order the products in when I checked some prices. No problems with delivery. Have used them before and will use them again.
