I WAS WELL TREATED AT THE START THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS.
THE SURGERY WAS EXTEREMLY PAINFUL AND MY EYES WERE VERY PAINFUL AFTERWARDS. SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD MONTHLY VISITS TO SOUTHAMPTON AS THE VISION IN MY RIGHT EYE IS NOT GOOD. I AM FED UP WITH HAVING TO GO TO SOUTHAMPTON EVERY TIME AS THE BOURNEMOUTH OFFICE I WENT TO AT THE START CLOSED. HOWEVER, ANOTHER OFFICE HAS OPENED IN BOURNEMOUTH NOW, BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE EQUIPMENT TO DO THE TESTS I NEED. I HAVE STILL NOT HAD THE SITUATION PUT RIGHT ,I AM STILL WAITING, SO I AM NOT VERY IMPRESSED AT THE MOMENT WITH OPTICAL EXPRESS, IN FACT I AM WAITING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE TODAY AS A PROMISED CALL DID NOT HAPPEN AFTER MY LAST VISIT IN MARCH. FED UP.
