Do not order from this COMPANY!!!

Be warned to not use this company!
I ordered bedroom wardrobes for my daughter from the booby range on Wednesday 3rd of April, it was stated on their website 48hrs delivery time, phoned the company on the Friday to find out if my items were getting delivered and was told by customer service that it would be Monday 8th before they would be delivered which didn't comply with their 48hr delivery promise. When I asked for someone to explain their false advertising nobody could tell me or would contact me!
Waited in all day Monday still no contact from the courier or company so tried to phone on the Monday night to no avail, email complaints only!!!!!
I then received an phone call Tuesday morning from worldstores confirming that the courier company would contact me that day for delivery, after another day wasted waiting I then again had to email worldstores to tell them about another no show!!!!!
I received an email Wednesday morning informing me that the courier company had attempted to phone me on the Tuesday which was a blatant lie as I kept both my house phone and mobile beside me all day!!!!!
I eventually was given the couriers phone number and told to contact them to arrange a delivery which shouldn't have been my job to do! I then received the wardrobes at 5.30 on the Thursday 8 days after I had ordered them online, not 48hrs as stated!
After removing the packaging for the wardrobes we couldn't help but notice the quality was very poor indeed along with the fact that one unit was smashed inside and the other 2 had multiple chips and dents on them as we'll as being poorly assembled.
These wardrobes cost £400 which is a absolute joke no where near the quality expected! Do not buy!!
After speaking to customer services in particular a <private data removed> who I might add was helpful we arrange a return pick up of the wardrobes on Tuesday 16th which never happened as promised! I was then told today Wednesdy 17th, I asked for the courier to come late afternoon as I wouldn't be in due to hanging about in the house for a week waiting on delivery, the courier then left a card to say he had been at 12 o clock midday, I have had to arrange another pick up for tomorrow!!!!
It seems worldstores are very quick to take your money from your account but once that has happened they are not interested on when or how you recieve your items.
When I ordered these wardrobes I expected a 48hr situation with quality furniture for my daughters bedroom and it has been the worst experience I have had to deal with concerning any company I have ordered from, and it has lasted over 2 weeks now!
As you can see from other reviews this is not a one off!!!!
I still haven't received my refund as I can't get worldstores to sort out their collection, can you see me getting my refund as quickly as they were to remove my money from my account!!!!!!
