I was disappointed that the washing machine I ordered on the internet took 3 weeks to arrive even thought it was described as being in stock when I ordered it. Three weeks with no washer in this day and age is an unbearably long time. Had I thought I could have got one quicker elsewhere I would have happily cancelled the order. However, when they got it in stock they were good to their word and there was no problem with the delivery arrangements or the goods.
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Tanzania, East Africa. We would like to thank Rickshaw staff in London and Arusha. We cannot fault them on their customer service. Everything was arranged exactly as requested and everyone was keen to ensure that we had everything we wanted.
We had a good safari through Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and Lake Manyara followed by a lovely stay at Mapenzi Beach on Zanzibar. The locals were warm and welcoming everywhere we went, the food was really good and all the hotels and lodges we stayed in were of a good standard. All in all everything was just as we would have hoped for and I would recommend Rickshaw Travel to anyone who wants a stress free, good quality holiday and the price is good as well. Well done everyone and thanks again.
Thanks for the grape vines, they arrived today and were really well packed. I liked the way they were stuffed with hay to keep them safe. One of the plants seemed to be a bit further on than the other but I am sure it will catch up. They arrived nice and quick, I only ordered them at the weekend and they arrived on Wednesday.
