Although I will always recommend the Big Bus Company as a very good way to experience the great city of London I did have one disappointing encounter. On arriving at the bus stop to board with my family, we had paid for our tickets on line for a 48 hour ticket, were told that although they could see we had done so , the system was only prepared to issue a 24 hour ticket. Whilst this was been sorted out with the office we had to stand in the cold and rain for almost an 1/2 hour before it was finally sorted. I feel that such a problem with your computers should not inconvineance customers in such a manner. We were glad once the problem was sorted and although we did not enjoy the wait your pavement staff were friendly and eager to sort the problem, but your head office was what held them and us up.
