Ordered before, no issues until a) you need to track an order or b) you need status updates or need to contact customer services.
THIS IS NO AMAZON by any means. It took 2 days to reply by a 'where is my stuff' email, which I sent twice. After 2 weeks when I asked for the order to be cancelled, (the same day that they had asked 'how would you like to proceed as there is a delay'), I got a very fast email saying 'too late to cancel, its on it's way', conveniently for them. It then took another week to arrive.
The back end order tracking is awful. In summary, because I couldn't cancel the order by that time and they took so long, I have to return the order now at my cost and it took 3 weeks to deliver an order.
