The site rarely updates their prices and stock... After paying extra for special delivery i am STILL waiting over a week to receive my items...
GAKs old fashioned website layout and payment system needs an update badly
The only thing that attracted me to their site was the prices
But sadly I realise now that I would have gladly paid a little extra to another site and have had a better buying experience.
They only notified me that an item was out of stock almost a week after I ordered (even though it said it was in stock on their site) AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT EVEN LONGER...Peoples time and money is valuable...I feel that GAK don't fully take that into account and take their costumers for granted.
I bought from them before...the item was out of stock and they didn't refund my money for almost 6 months (I am a student and every penny counts)
I will definitely not buy from them again
