I received the wrong jumper twice and was then told they wouldn't send another one out as they had checks to do. I felt as though the checks should have been done and the correct item sent out as soon as possible, especially as it is still for sale on the site. I said this to the customer service advisor and still haven't received a reply, I want this jumper as a christmas present and don't see why I should have to pay postage again. I'm quite disappointed at the moment but still hoping to hear back from the advisor and to receive the correct item.
