It appears that the customer is NOT always right

I was so excited about ordering from this company after reading all the reviews and seeing the variety of products on the site, some of which I really miss since moving abroad. However, I've been really put off by the problems experienced with delivery and the fact that some of my messages were not answered or not in the politest of ways (how difficult is it to say "I am so sorry for your delay, let me look into it, we'll throw in a tin of mussels in your next delivery").

Still trying to decide if I miss mussels enough to order again at my peril.

Please accept my apologies for the issues that you have had. I checked our emails and your account and I saw that your last order was on 11/12/2012 but I didn't find any emails. Please can you let me know where you sent the emails? maybe you sent to the wrong address.

We are very familiar company and we try to help our costumers always.
