I was so excited about ordering from this company after reading all the reviews and seeing the variety of products on the site, some of which I really miss since moving abroad. However, I've been really put off by the problems experienced with delivery and the fact that some of my messages were not answered or not in the politest of ways (how difficult is it to say "I am so sorry for your delay, let me look into it, we'll throw in a tin of mussels in your next delivery").
Still trying to decide if I miss mussels enough to order again at my peril.
