I have been with orange for years, but in the last 6 months i have realised how sly they are, I called them to let them know my phone which I had only had for 4 months was faulty, they told me I would need a replacement at £60 charge, which I disputed they then said we will do for free as goodwill gesture, they send replacement which has same fault developed after 1 week, my next direct debit goes out with an extra 100 charge on it... I am told it was the fee for the replacement phone, so i have to battle for three months and numerous calls to get the issue sorted, I can't wait for my contract to end so I can tell them where to stick their Orange wednesdays!!!
only been using my hermes for two weeks and so far my courier has failed to collect on the booked days four times, each time he has some excuse or other that his PDA is broken etc etc...., you call their helpline at a cost and takes a while to get through due to their high volume of calls!! (shock!!) , then today I am told by them that an expensive item i sent to a customer has been damaged along with all other parcels on a shipment to sheffield!!! Mmmmmm really!!! so I now have to claim back for it and refund my customer, in all they have failed to impress me and I can see why they are the cheapest on the market but also the poorest service provider, my advice is pay extra and use either royal mail or city link much better service never had a problem with them in over a year!, Hermes I have had 5 problems to sort in two weeks I think that says it all really.
