I discovered ORBIT about 2 years ago, totally by accident whilst searching for someone to use to print my images onto canvas, having Googled and come across them, I visited the site, and was instantly impressed by the site, ease of access and options.
So I decided to give them a try... and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed yet, They have delivered on everything that I have asked, be it to myself or items I have sent direct to others without even seeing the item first...That's how confident I am of using ORBIT.
I have always used the custom size facility, and have never been let down yet with their ability to produce the size and image I want. Some items have been extremely colour rich, some contained vast amount of black, each time I have been fully satisfied with the canvas I have received.
I confess I have yet to use any other service that they provide, but this is only because I have not needed to yet, but when I do need one of the many options that they offer, I wont hesitate to.
One final thing I would like to add is the following, which is important, is how they reacted when there was an issue....Now the issue was not directly anything they had done, more in line with the delivery service they use, Yodel... I did have an occasion where some very large canvasses had been shipped and had been damaged in transit. Upon contacting ORBIT and explaining what had happened. They immediately rectified the matter and sorted my problem out with speed and efficiency. and this action is one of the many reasons that I keep using them, as they have shown to be competent in everything they have done.
So I highly recommend using them, you have nothing to lose, lots to gain, and I am sure you will be impressed... plus I don't think you will get the quality at the price anywhere else..!
