Ordered parts for our Miele dryer on a Sunday and realised later that we did not need them (long story) Rang Partmaster customer services first thing on Monday morning to cancel. The lady handling my call advised that they had not yet despatched the parts but may not be able to stop the delivery? She said she would ring me later to advise - never did. On Wednesday the unwanted parts arrived. So now have to decide if we want to keep as spares (value £50) in case they are needed in the future or return at my expense.
