I never normally do these sort of reviews but I'm left with no other option.
I ordered a kettle, which has a euro plug. An adapter was included but was the wrong size (there's two types). I've been calling but I've just been queued unsuccessfully each time. I've use the 'quick contact' system on the site to try and get the right adapter. I simply get a response that some one will be in touch shortly (twice). They haven't been.
I can forgive (sort of) the mistake with the adapter, but not the complete lack of aftercare. Do not bother.
