after a month trying to get a pair of gioteck headphones from 'one of the fastest-growing websites in the uk' (see my other review for details), it was a real pleasure to return to shop-to on ebay and have the item delivered in 2 working days.
i have bought from shop-to twice now and both times dispatch has been prompt, price excellent and no problems.
i can't fault them and would be happy to recommend them for all gaming needs.
i ordered a pair of headphones on 22/03/13, delivery 3-4 working days. still not here today (18/04/13).
every contact results in a different reason for the delay, and today, when i asked for my money back, i was told i'd have to wait 30 days as per t&c's. when i asked to speak to a manager i was given a different number to call, which is not answered after 20 mins on hold.
i am disgusted with the lack of any attempt to sort out this problem, as they are still showing as in stock for 3-4 day delivery.
also when i ordered i chose to checkout as a guest, but they created an account for me anyway, showing total disregard for my choice.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND HOURS HANGING ON THE PHONE OR DAYS (3 TO BE PRECISE!) WAITING FOR A 'FAST RESPONSE'
