I returned a dress on the 8th March (because it's too big) and have only just been notified today (18th April) that refund has been made - which still hasn't shown in my account yet.
Not only that, missguided has only made a PARTIAL REFUND even though my item was returned in perfect condition & in original packaging. I also paid for postage so there was NO REASON why a chunk of my refund is taken out.
Really really appalling service.......
