I have now made two purchases and had the following experience:
- First order came quickly but I was never provided tracking information on the shipping. Refund of unwanted items through mail was straightforward and processed very quickly.
- Second order had not been sent until I called customer service one week later, despite being charged right away upon placing the order (rather than when it was actually shipped like other merchants). In the end, received the goods through expedited shipping at no additional cost.
Bottom line: in the end it works out, but the company is not very good in keeping buyers informed during the process
