I ordered 2 onsies and a dress two days ago, I put in all my delivery and card details then clicked next. Then the page went blank and I couldnt get back to my order. Then I called my bank and the money had been taken out for the order but I had not recieved a confirmation email or even an order number. So I emailed your site and got a repy asking for my name and some other details (Bethan Maidment, firstname.lastname@example.org) , however I got another email back today saying that the money should still be in my account and the order hasnt been made. But I was in the bank this morning and the money is not in there. Why do you not have a contact number because these items were for my little sisters birthday!! I am unemployed and I cannot afford to loose this money!!
