My concerns aren't related to buyahipflask but with the firm you use to deliver your goods - ie, royal mail. It may be that you need to review the service they provide. I was concerned that I hadn't received my goods (which are a birthday present so early receipt is important to me) and I mailed you to see if you could tell me where they were. Apparently Royal Mail had sent them back to your warehouse because they couldn't deliver them!!! I would have thought that a note/card through the door saying the goods had tried to be delivered and giving us the opportunity to either collect from the main post office or arrange an alternative delivery date is the very least we could have expected. As far as I can see, being unable to deliver, not telling the customer and then returning the goods to the supplier is really bad customer service. I know when I do receive these goods I will be very pleased with them, but I do think you need to re-assess what your expectations are of Royal Mail when dealing with your customers - or alternatively start to use a reliable courier service. In the meantime, I just hope my goods now arrive in time!!
