I parked at Luton. My experience was not positive,
When dropping the car:
1 it is not meet and greet as described " what is meet and greet " the meet area is 500mts from the terminal, hardly outside departures as implied.
When my car was returned:
1 i called 20 mins before, the car arrived almost an hour later
2 one of the drivers ran over my friends bag in another car, he didn't stop to check if there was any damage
3 when my car arrived it was filthy, I even asked the attendant if they parked it in a field - it actually looked like it had been in the desert.
4 there are biro marks on the new leather upholstery, only in the drivers area.
When I made a complaint:
1. It took more than a week to rec' a response
2 the response received reffered to a completely different airport - suggesting no investigation when ahead?
3 in later correspondances the responder ignored details and request to see the booking-in forms where I checked the condition of the car with an attendant on my arrival.
4 the responder completeley ignored my issues and made no attempt to rectify the issue simply stating that they can not be liable for pre existing damage - suggesting without any evidence that either it magically appeared or I did it myself.
The parking attendants seems friendly enough, they were very quick to apologise for the damage and assured me customer services would sort this out. Customer services have been shameful at best.
