First bathrooms took my order and charged for next day delivery. The following afternoon at 4:30pm I received a phone call to say that the item was not in stock but would go out the following day once they restocked. Two days later I had to call them only to be told that my item was, conveniently, damaged and would not be back in stock for over a week. II explained that I need it before then, which is why I paid for next day delivery, so would require a refund.
This was when I was informed that a refund would only be possible if I cancelled the order and not because they could not fulfill as promised and refunds take 30 days to process. I disputed this as they were quick enough to take my money when the item was not in stock which breaks the Distance Selling Regulations and was told that I had to wait for delivery or wait for my money for 30 days very abruptly by the supposed customer service operator.
£302 down I have ordered and received the item from elsewhere in time promised and without me having to chase them to find out where it is. Still I am waiting for my refund and have had no contact what so ever unless I call. I would recommend everyone avoid this company at all costs. They claim to have 120,000 satisfied customers but I can find no proof of this or indeed reviews that are not hand picked for their website.
