We bought a pair of multi-coloured Souk chandeliers, which are 3 times as expensive as one-colour chandelier, i.e. we spent £200+ for the pair vs. £60 for a one-colour pair. For the extra £140 (same quality of product), I would have expected a much better service.
1. We were lucky with one, but the second one arrived broken with parts missing before we even opened the bag. You refused to pay for the transport for returning the defect chandeliers because we reported it within 3 days and not your own defined 2 days. Once we returned it, you accepted to replace it as a will of good gesture.
2. we received the replacement #3 today, which arrived in the same condition as #2, but not broken. I have rebuilt the chandeliers, trying to match the chandelier #1, but parts on #3 are a mismatch of different wrong sizes, with duplication of colours and others missing.
You clearly have an issue the supplier of this product but you rejected responsibility. We will now keep the chandelier #3 as it is, as I cannot face going through that process with you again.
