Got an email to say my order was coming so I waited in. Then got an email that morning to say the carrier hadn't received my order.
Gave the company a call to find out why they hadn't sent my order. They claimed the order had been misrouted by the carrier and would be coming the following Monday.
I know this is a lie because DPD upgrade to Saturday delivery if an item is misrouted on a Friday. The company have not sent my order and are blaming the carrier.
When I asked if this could be upgraded to Saturday I overheard a manager telling the person I was speaking to they would not upgrade the delivery.
I asked to speak to a manager and was told there are no managers available at the moment - another lie.
This is the last time I order from you!
This company promised 48 hour delivery yet after 48 hours they did not deliver the bed and made a phone call to them to find out where it was. They told us it would be delivered the following Monday (this was Wednesday).
Monday came, and took me all day to speak to someone by telephone, they said the bed will be another 48 hours - they promise it.
I repeatedly asked for the order to be cancelled and the sleepvendor made promises of partial refunds and compensation for being late to keep the order - all never happened and they are refused to cancel the order.
After refusing to refund for two days the company delivered a completely different and inferior bed, this again came with promises to replace this for the correct bed, until the day came they were supposed to make the exchange.
I called the driver in the morning, who assured me he would be delivering it in the afternoon, I also called the owner, who said the driver would be with us by 15:30. Well that time came and went and on calling the driver to find out where he was, was informed "I'm not at work today" - not what he had told me that morning.
I have now reported this company to Trading Standards, as we have been sent a bed worth 50% of what we paid for our premium bed.
Avoid this company at all costs, they take your money, don't give you a receipt and don't deliver what you have paid for.

Ordered a bike that was advertised as "In Stock" and available for home delivery in 7-10 working days. I opted for the in store collection as it was in stock. Telephoned to change my order and was told that it is available and should be ready to collect by the end of next week. This is not In Stock, this is available from the supplier. You might as well advertise it's in stock in China!
