Game is the worst store in the world. Every time I go in I leave pissed off. There is a lad called Buster at the Stockport store who claims to be the store manager. If this kid is the store manager then I really wonder about Games interviewing process. The kid has no clue about sales, is rude and cocky and generally acts like he doesn't give a shit. Because of his attitude I walked away from a £500+ sale of Xbox ONE and went over to Grainger Games instead. The shop was empty at the time, but Game must be doing well as they really didn;t care.
I've now had enough, I wont be using Game EVER again (have done for over 10 years) and am soon to be starting an action group against them.
Made an urgent order just before 8.30 am Thursday morning that I needed for Friday without fail. I ordered thinking I would ring when I got to work to check that my order had been recieved but didn't realise there wasn't a telephone number to contact.
At the time I worried a bit when I saw the only point of contact was through a ticketing system. I sent a message saying how urgently I needed the order and it was very important that I got it in time. I got an automatic reply saying my request would be dealt with within 24 hours. BUT within about 30 mins the guys had responded and put my mind at rest. I was sent the tracking details for my order and was happy to say it was deliverd on time with no hitches.
A cracking, well run service. Will definetly be using again.
