I ordered a laptop hard drive. quoted delivery was 5-9 days after reciept of order. After 14 days i recieved no product and no update. i sent an email through requesing an update and a refund of the delivery. they immediatley arranged next day delivey and refunded 5% of the order to my account as a good will gesture. Not over the moon but happy that they responded quickly and kindly when pressed.
