I had a server with them fir a year
last 4 months I had to contact them once every week
bad network uptime fir no reason ...
last 3 days the server went down *still down* lost literally ALL my customers and refunded around 5000 USD.
I opened 2 tickets (12 hours between both) a "day" after they said it was resolved but it wasn't ... last 2 days am trying to call them, send tickets but no one answer, and the ticketing system just stopped working ! caught a guy on live chat who did nothin . niw they don't have even live chat. feels like a zombie apocalypse hapoened at the datacenter and everyines dead. seriously I want a refund fir my lost business and also I wanna say ... f*** u fortatrust. sorry everyone for the bad language
I booked a flight on 19th April and ticket back on 21st april ... recieved the confirmation email in 4 hours . Went to the airport and BAM the flight is booked for 17th MAY which is a month later ... teied to email them .. nothing . Tried to call them , they asked fir my credit card , which after I didnt talk to anyone and they took .5 € from me .
