Avoid like the plague

I ordered an item that was 'In stock' and payment was taken immediately. The item did not arrive and 2 weeks later I was informed it was no longer available. The options with the email to request a refund did not work. I have called and emailed numerous times but 12 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund.
This company's customer service is appalling - no response to emails, phone calls handled but an off-shore call centre with no information.
