I have ordered from Kebable just once.
I made the order on Friday afternoon and requested a Saturday delivery. The delivery did not arrive on Saturday but the following Monday. The package was exclusively needed for Saturday yet it didn't arrive as scheduled.
I contacted Kenable who advised that I would need to speak to DPD about getting a full refund. They were happy to return the difference between a saturday delivery and next day. However, when I contacted DPD, they told me that the delivery was missed during the depot pickup. They advised that I would need to contact Kenable to claim a full refund. I was subsequently not granted this.
In fairness, it is not Kenable's fault that the delivery was missed, however, I do expect better communication between the two entities in getting this matter resolved.
In summary, it doesn't give me much confidence when my first order failed to meet the scheduled time of delivery and I am tentative in buying from Kenable again. I will also think twice about using DPD in future as they have let me down many times. Since it is not entirely Kenable's fault, I have given a higher rating.
