Hi, I have just had a absolutely useless twenty minute conversation with one the WAE+ customer services member "Suman" with a "can't be bothered attitude".
Firstly i have to say how disappointed and disheartened i am with your service. As a first time customer, this will be my first and last purchase i will be making with yourselves, for a order that i haven’t even received yet!!!
I don't understand how a company like yourselves can take people hard earned money and not deliver the goods within the time frame stated, which quite frankly is appalling.
I can't believe i was told i can not cancel my order and i have to wait for the goods to turn up with no ETA given. It was you WAE+ that is in the wrong in not fulfilling your promise to deliver within 9 working days as stated . My fault was ordering from a unknown company that i have never heard of, and all for just to save £3 over buying the item directly from Sony!
Oorder placed on the 4th April 2013 and a item that was and still is in stock according to your agent "Suman", has not been delivered promptly and efficiently from Birmingham to Walsall which is only 13 miles away?.
I have also included watchdog in this email to investigate and name and shame company’s like yourselves who have no sense of obligation to your customers, in other words rouge traders!!!.
Aa email response from my online query made on 18-4-13 after the telephone call t to customer services, which in short is stating you do not actually have this item in stock, so your were feeding me lies all along and you are awaiting delivery from the supplier in the the next 6 working days!!!
I Asked for a Full and immediate refund to which WAE+ Rouge Traders have declined, THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY STRAIGHT AWAY AND STARTS MAKING INTEREST ON YOUR MONEY, EVEN WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK, A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS!!!! HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT A YEAR????
