Do not Use this company!
Bought an item and was not satisfied. Requested return and was instructed to return via freepost address provided. Hand in myself return to my post office. Since then no refund of my money. Bad correspondence with their customer services which claims the parcel never arrived. In my view the freepost address goes on the responsibility of the seller. Their CS simply ignore my polite letters since. PayPal dispute prove hopeless in this case. The company provided full address to PP which didn't in the first place. Two months since I havent seen my refund. The item I purchased with them was non responsive. I guess they run smart way to sell. Not to me again any case.

On 30/05/2013 Electrolve Ltd wrote here the money has been refunded.
The fact is PayPal wrote to me on the 29/04/2013 explaining they can not untangle the case, and PayPal decided, as to a valuable customer (in their words) to refund me in a gesture of curtesy for this transaction. And they did the same day.
The note above by Electolve Ltd written one month later, looks to me a dodgy try to clean their plate on account of PayPal refund.

excellent versatile services

but company fee is way to much. My last delivery was £20 and the fee on the top was £5.99 which I think is way to much. Also long ago when the company was new on market with relatively small numbers of couriers and clients bidding system worked active for days after enlisting. Now when so many people use this services a new listing drops quickly down to n page meaning it gets offers by riders in the first day maybe day after and thats it. Of course one can pay to get again on the top of the page but I think that is not a best answer from the consumer's point of view. I think internal searching engine and options need be improved like it is on Ebay, so that a driver look for time slots, distances, ,...etc when planning pick ups and drops hence offers. However the service is great and I'll use it again.

it is quite and supersonic fast

It is my second PC with PC Specialist and looks to be again what you list that you get. All smooth and professional from opening the web page, forum, order, delivery ...and now sitting using it. Thank you very much. Unless I go with Mac my next one is booked with PC Specialist.
