POOR shipping, POOR customer service, just POOR!!!

Only on placement of my order did i received confirmation that my order would be received between 3-14 days.

After about a week and a half my order status was still on their first stage "order received", so i sent their web form to inquire about stock availability and likely date of receipt of the order, to which i got no response,

So i sent another form to cancel my order after a few days of not hearing back, i received an email asking me to confirm my cancellation to which i responded.

After yet another week i had not received my refund so checked my status again which now said "on hold" so I phoned customer services and found out they had no record of my confirmation and asked me to send another web form, it is ridiculous that they have no organisation and then expect you to follow their ridiculous procedures (which don't conform to all the clauses of the sales of goods act) despite them messing up both the order and then the cancellation.

Still not got my money, hopefully i'll get it soon :(
