Unfortunately not up to expectations

I accepted the conditions stipulated in that I would be collected at 9.20 despite the plane being scheduled to land at 8.35. The plan arrived early and I was actually in Arrivals by 8.40. Passengers waiting for their luggage were also clearned by 8.50. I waited until 9.10 and then decided to phone as no one had appeared. I was told the driver was just parking and would be there in a few minutes. After 5 mins I phoned again to be told I should be at Costa coffee. I walked to Costa coffee and after another 3 phone calls I was told to go the another point to meet the driver at .9.25 eventually being met att 9.30. Needless to say I was late for my meeting
