This is my second experience with DPB. I have totally nothing to talk about its service. I purchased bag from ASOS and they selected this company for next day delivery.I waited at home all the morning until the expected delivered time (the delivery time is from 13:04 to 14:04 today).During this time period, i haven't received any call from the driver.I tried to contact the customer service to know how is the delivery going on, but the staff told me the they can't find the place and might need to delivery on Monday!! Why the driver didn't call us if he or she can't find the place. This is the second time they did the same thing for my parcel. Last time i waited at home for the whole day and received a email from them to ask me for redelivery.Yes, we can rearrange redelivery.But, remember, i paid for " next day delivery"! Why the company expect the customer to wait them for the second time!!!It's so unbelievable.
I will definitely choose a standard class delivery service from other companies.At least, they won't ask you to wait for another day!
