I pre-ordered a very expensive item, took my money over two months ago... sent wrong item, something worth £90 less, I then had to prove this. I then had to pay to send back... all the time nitroblaze have taken no responsibility and blame there suppliers. However my purchase is with them regardless of who they buy from. Do not reply to emails about when I am getting the correct item - this is unacceptable and I can't do anything about it. This is a christmas present, they have taken my money and not sorted out this mess! Do not buy from them!
