The courier person came in the morning for collection but actual collection in the after noon b/w 3:30 and 4:30PM. I asked him to come in the given time as I am not ready with the item to send. He did not or not even called and no information when he is going to come for collection. This is happening with DPD second time.
I have several experiences with DPD, most of the courier persons don't care customers and they don't give respect and showing very angry. Some times they won't even give the item to the person and left outside. I lost £60 Item and of-cource I called store and got the refund.
This is very fast growing company but if you won't satisfy the customers then what is the purpose? Companies who is arranging DPD services they have to put some conditions otherwise seems no change...
