Spot on, great delivery, brilliant prices, what more do you want?


In the whole, brilliant

I ordered a pair of Nike TW13 shoes, I was informed of their every step by email, and any problems I had were sorted by an extremely helpful man called John. The shoes were the wrong size, and I re-ordered again, I was again informed about the refund, and it was credited back to my account very quickly, I was upset with the returns policy in as much as I thought I would be entitled to a refund on my postage, as stated on their website, but there must be some tiny detail I got wrong??!!

Hi Christian,

Thanks for your positive review. I must say that whilst the returns policy is accurate in what it states, there is a sentence that it is now very misleading. As you paid no carriage on either delivery there is nothing to refund; the misleading part being that, as we no longer charge carriage on any delivery, this sentence is not required and only serves to confuse matters. It was left in as a fail safe for if and when we decided to reinstate carriage charges. As we have no plans to do so, I would argue that any reference to the refund of carriage charges is defunct and should be removed, something I will strive to action after the weekend.
