I ordered on November 29th and still havent received my order. Missguided customercare has contacted me saying the tracking number I received was invalid because my package is being handled by my local post office and I should contact them. How in the world will that work if there is no tracking number. I've emailed missguided at least four times after their explanation and I haven't heard back fro them. At this point I'm sure I've lost my money and there is nothing I can do about it. Very frustrating. I will indeed report missguided to every site.
