Having received a black/grey rug as a present to place in my newly refurbished bathroom I was really disappointed when after only 10 days the hem began to unravel.
I communicated my concerns to Elaine and Roisin at the Rug House who listened to my problem and looked at my photographs, finally deciding that a replacement rug would be sent to me.
I am pleased to report that the new rug looks super and completes the modern look of my bathroom.
The caring staff have ensured that I was happy with my purchase and I have since bought a matching pedestal mat.
