Allowing fake reviews

I left a review but it has been reported as infringement of guidelines. My guess is that it was because I was not a customer. However, I note that this has happened to at least one other person whose comment I saw just before it was removed. There may have been more. The reason people were posting was that the company ServiceTeam Ltd tweeted this: "A horrible woman has given us a pasting on Trustpilot http://t.co/dEOP9vXu8W £20 M&S voucher to the 1st 20 customers to say something nice!"
Since quite a backlash from several people they have removed the tweet and all conversations regarding this. However, it is of course too late.
So, this company blatantly asked people to write fake reviews. What will you be doing about that? Any reviews that are positive (up to 20 of them) could be fake. How will you be addressing this? Can't trust this site if it doesn't allow the reviews informing people of the practice of a company.

You are right that your review has been reported. One of our team members in Community Support will investigate the issue and get back to. We may need you to send a proof of purchase that you are a customer at the company you reviewed. My colleague will contact you via email with more details.

Giving out vouchers or discounts in exchange of reviews is not an ok way to collect reviews. Companies collecting reviews actively have accepted our service guidelines that you can read here:
