I've been buying from Brilliant Bikes for a few years now and they never fail to deliver fantastic customer service. Order products day 1, received pretty much without fail day 2! And when you need that little bit of help and advice, just pick up the phone and you'll always be well supported - including those difficult to get parts.
If only every web business could be like this.

I was attracted to Okobe by the price initially, when buying a new TV, but had some initial reservations about a website I had not heard of. These were exacerbated after I placed the order and spoke to customer service, who took a while to answer and then I was 'passed through to the team'. After that things were great. I didn't create an account to start with (mistake), as you only get updates via email, rather than being able to log onto your account to check. I was anxious about delivery and phoned back a second time. On this second call, they had all the details of the first call I made. I didn't pay for express delivery, but sure enough, on day 4 the parcel arrived as promised. One unnerving thing is that the tracking details for the parcel arrived on the day it was delivered. Would have been better to have these earlier.
Anyway, in summary, great prices and top customer service. Would definitely use again.
