Appauling customer service

Ordered goods on next day delivery service. Cloggs contacted me 6 days later to inform me that the goods were out of stock. Really dont undertstand why they couldnt have informed me earlier. Customer service is appauling telephone line constantly engaged and the company take over 24 hours to reply to emails. To make matters worse they took the money out of my account when I ordered and informed me I wouldnt receive a refund for a further 7 working days! Unnacceptable and I will never use this compnay again!!!
