Delivered wrong tiles (on correct date). Sent an email to the sales team - they were quick to call me back, however missed the calls. When I tried to call them myself x2, I was told I could only speak to the specific person who was dealing with the case, and they were unavailable at that time and they could only call me back, which took a while to co-ordinate. Eventually spoke to them, very pleasant, arranged collection of incorrect tiles and delivery of correct ones for specific date.
The man came to collect/deliver the day before the agreed date and luckily was in - however waste of day off the next day which I had taken as leave to deal with this situation. He also didn't offer to carry tiles up the 2 flights of stairs to the flat, so did it myself.
Quite a kerfuffle, bit disappointing. Would have been good if stuck to agreed delivery date. Also if issues could be resolved by email or by the sales rep i spoke to, as only needed co-ordination of delivery date.
