This is the email that I received from Yodel - stating that my redelivery was going to be on the Monday, so I took the day off work so that I could wait for the delivery, which was anytime from 7am-9pm. Only to find out that Yodel (even after receiving the email below) returned this to the warehouse. I am most unimpressed with this service and informed my supplier that I wanted to cancel the purchase unless they changed delivery companies (which they kindly obliged) I have told everyone that I know not to use this service as I am completely and utterly annoyed with this service. I have left out my name and details from below.
