So disappointed with worldstores, I ordered a bed frame well over a week ago, the frame was delivered, when I opened the packaging I noticed one of the legs was badly bent. It just happens to be where the base needs bolting to it. Phoned worldstores and they told me to fill in the form online and send pictures of the damage which I did several times, I have only just heard back from them yesterday asking for my address and order number (which I sent in my email). Have tried phoning them but I have been on hold for 20 minutes so god knows how much that will cost me!!!!
As i've sold my old bed, me and my partner are having to sleep on the settee, will NOT use this company again, they don't even have a postal address on their website, will see if they buck up their ideas this week if not, I am deffinately taking this to the Office of Fair Trading. Especially after reading everone elses bad reviews about this company, seems to be quite common. Quite happy to take our money, but where is your customer service???????????
