I made a mistake in ordering and paid twice and they picked up on it and e-mailed to check if I wanted the same order twice. When I explained that it had been a mistake they immediately refunded the amount. Light bulbs were well packaged and reasonably priced.
I have ordered off them a few times now and each time the delivery has been immediate. My only gripe would be that some of the things I ordered have free delivery and I would have liked to add some more bits and pieces to take advantage of the free delivery but they would not have been covered. So I would suggest that the free delivery covered additional items.....
