Shoddy, lying, unsuitable for purpose
A two day delivery is now running at 9 days. They claim to have attempted delivery 5 times (!) but have left no paperwork to prove it. Also, I know they're lying as I'm sat by a window 3m away from my front door. Despite being the recipient, they refuse to discuss the delivery with me. They'll discuss it with Amazon, by pointing to their fake tracking and saying they Already Absolutely delivered it, but if they didn't, they'd have it there tonight. By 8. Within two hours. Promise.
Liars. Incompetent. There's a reason they're cheap - would you do a competent delivery for 50p? Avoid. Avoid like the plague, with aids. Here's my delivery transcript: again, they left no evidence of an attempted delivery (and the teenager at head office assured me that they did)
