In February I bought a Dermalogica cream that has just never arrived. I have tried writing Customer Service, but can not find an e-mail address any where on Lookfanstatic’s website. They suggest that I use 'My Account' on the top right of the website and follow the prompts, but I end up getting the massage: ”You currently have no orders to submit a query about.” The websites suggest answers to different problems, but never give any contact information; I just keep on ending in a dead end telling me to contact Costumer Service, but not how to do that. Very frustrating!
Formerly I have had no problems with Lookfanstic and find their product rage, prices and free shipping very attractive and would like to keep on using the service, but not if I don’t receive what I buy!
