I ordered my phone and received it . It was going well however it stopped working (screen fault) when I contacted the customer service they were great. They took me through an attempt to fix it. Unfortunately I was incapable of fixing it and so were they after I sent it back to them. They tried their best to retrieve the data like pictures and stuff. Then they sent me a new replacement which I was so grateful for, and I have had no problems with it since. I was really surprised with their kindness as over here in Ireland the phone shops (even the official companies) are useless. They try to blame you for anything wrong with a phone.
