Hi, as you state we will need to issue you with a full refund which I will see to for you. As per the same regulations that you are quoting, I have 28 days to issue you with the refund so I'll take care of that for you. Merry Christmas.
They know they have to issue a refund but would leave me out of pocket rather than deal with it at the last moment. If you want reliability and honesty then dont' use frangrancedirect.com
