I bought a medium sized Barbour jacket initially. It arrived quick, with a very useful carrier service that had good comms, was able to track it real time and switch the delivery to a neighbour when I realised I wouldn't be in for it.
As I also wanted to try the small in the same jacket, I ordered this the next day, and it arrived the day after, again, very easy. The return is free, labels are included, so returning one jacket and keeping the other was easy.
Notification of refund was friendly and immediate.
All in all, little things that make a great service.
